How do I change my ad consent?
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland: open the game's Settings → Privacy options. On iPhone, tracking permission is under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
How do I delete my data?
We don't store any data about you. Uninstall the game to remove everything on your phone. Each game's privacy policy explains ad and leaderboard data: see Privacy.
Perfect Cut
I bought Remove Ads. How do I get it back on a new phone?
Sign in to the same Google or Apple account you bought it with, open Perfect Cut, and go to Settings → Restore purchases. It also restores automatically when the game starts.
Why do I still see reward videos after removing ads?
Remove Ads switches off banners and pop-up ads. Reward videos only play when you choose them (for double coins, a hint or a skip), so they stay available.
I lost my progress.
Progress is saved on your phone only, so uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it. Purchases are never lost; use Restore purchases.
The Daily Cut leaderboard won't load.
The leaderboard uses Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iPhone). Make sure you're signed in and online. On iPhone, if you dismissed the Game Center prompt, sign in from Settings → Game Center. A new Daily Cut starts every day at 8pm NZ time (7pm in winter).

How do I switch between swipe and arrow-button controls?
Open Settings → Controls. Swipe lets you swipe to hop and tap to hop forward; Arrow buttons puts up, down, left and right buttons at the bottom of the screen.
I bought Remove Ads. How do I get it back?
On the same Google account, open Pūkeko Crossing and go to Settings → Restore purchases. It also re-checks automatically every time the game starts.
Why does a hawk keep taking my chicks?
The kāhu attacks when you stand still too long. Keep making forward progress: hopping to a new furthest row or grabbing a chick during the warning cancels the dive.

Why isn't my time on the leaderboard?
Runs where you used a revive still count for your personal bests and stars, but they're never submitted to the leaderboards, so everyone competes on clean runs. You also need to be signed in to Google Play Games.
What's the difference between Normal and Hard?
In Normal, walls block you. In Hard, touching a wall ends the attempt. Stars, best times and leaderboards are kept separately for each mode.
